1. Services

T Majer provides commercial product photography and related creative services. Each project’s scope, including deliverables, timescales, and fees, will be confirmed in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to decline projects that are unlawful, unethical, or otherwise not aligned with our business standards.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All images and creative materials produced remain our intellectual property under UK copyright law unless agreed otherwise in writing. Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a licence to use the images for the purposes agreed in writing (for example, online store, advertising, or print). Images may not be resold, sub-licensed, or significantly altered without written permission, unless explicitly agreed in advance. We may display selected works in our portfolio, Website, and social channels unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

3. Fees, Quotes, and Payment

Prices are provided in written quotations tailored to your project. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, with the balance due in accordance with the payment terms set out in your invoice. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to charge late fees as permitted under UK law and withhold delivery of work until payment is cleared.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges may apply to cover work already undertaken, costs incurred, or loss of other bookings. Rescheduling will be accommodated where possible but remains subject to availability.

5. Website Content and Availability

We make every effort to ensure the Website is accurate, secure, and accessible. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that all content is error-free and current. Access to the Website may occasionally be suspended or restricted due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. Reliance on Website content is at your own risk. All text, graphics, and images on the Website are protected by copyright. You may not copy or reuse Website content for commercial purposes without permission.

While every effort is made to deliver a professional service, we cannot be held liable for dissatisfaction relating to artistic style or creative judgment where the work meets the agreed brief. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including postal delays, courier issues, or supply chain disruption. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T Majer from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the images or services in a way that breaches these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates applicable laws.

8. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, war, government restrictions, industrial disputes, or power outages. In such cases, obligations may be suspended for the duration of the event.

9. Prohibited Use of Services

You may not use the Website or services for illegal purposes, to upload or transmit harmful code or malware, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation. We reserve the right to suspend or refuse services if these Terms are breached.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
