Hey there! I’m Tara, a busy mom of two, juggling the beautiful chaos of family life while carving out my own creative path as a freelance product photographer.
​Over the past decade, in most of my roles, I’ve had the pleasure of gaining hands-on experience in product photography, even though my official title was never “photographer.”

I’m incredibly detail-oriented. Sometimes to the point of being annoyingly picky, but in this field, that’s exactly what it takes. I don’t believe in “good enough” or half-finished images. Every picture gets the attention it deserves, ensuring your product looks its absolute best. Whether it’s the perfect lighting, the right angle, or the tiniest detail, I’m on it.

One of my favourite parts of the process? Editing photos late at night, when the house is finally quiet. It’s just me, my tea, and the screen. The quiet hours when the images really come to life.

Balancing life with two little ones has taught me to be efficient and focused, but also flexible and patient—qualities I bring to every project. When I commit to a project, it’s all in. Deadlines? Met. Expectations? Exceeded. I genuinely enjoy the work I do and find joy in making something out of nothing—creating compelling, polished product photos that help brands shine.
